Program Description

"When our mind is calm, we can see reality more clearly, like the still water reflecting the trees, the clouds , the blue sky. Stillness is the foundation for understanding & insight." ~Thich Naht Hahn Slow down and soak up autumn with 2 hours of mindfull sensory awareness as our local forests delight us with their fall colors. This gentle, immersive walk will cover about 1 mile of wooded trail. DUE TO THE RECENT STORM - I AM STILL SURVEYING TRAILS IN ANDOVER and N. ANDOVER. Exact location is TBA. You will be guided through several forest therapy "invitations" that help to engage the senses and deepen our connection with the natural world, ourselves, and one another. The walk concludes with a simple foraged tea, to literally "take in" the forest. Make it a date: sign up with your spouse / loved one / friend or come solo and enjoy meeting some lovely new faces!
