Empowerment Topics Include: -Self Confidence -Taking Risks / Benefits of Failure -Self Compassion -Positive Self Talk (& growth mindset) -Gratitude -Kindness Being in the woods changes the chemical make-up in our minds, naturally giving us a boost in all of these areas!
