Classes are slow paced and low impact. Participants should be able to walk about .5 miles over mildly uneven ground (roots, rocks, small inclines), and be able to sit and stand for short periods (portable stools will be provided). Proper clothing and shoes for weekly weather will be needed. Sign up is through Community Programs. If you have questions about the 4 week course, please reach out. Space is Limited!
